How do I send my faulty unit in for repair?

Return Authorization All units sent in for repair must have a Return Authorization number. To obtain an RA Number and general instructions, please call 877.715.5439 . Your request for an RA number can also be faxed to Phoenix Gold at 503.746.5244.

If you are uncertain that your Phoenix Gold unit is the faulty component in the system, please contact tech support at support@audiosource.net or call before requesting an RA number.

Shipping
Package faulty unit(s) in the original container (if possible) to avoid shipping damage. Clearly mark the outside of the carton with the RA Number. Please include a brief description of the problem and a copy of the purchase receipt (if under warranty). After receiving an RA number, send the faulty unit(s) to:

How long is the Warranty Period?

Speakers: Two years from date of purchase.
Speaker Selectors: One year from date of purchase.
Volume Controls: One year from date of purchase
Accessories/Cables: Five years from date of purchase.
Amplifiers/Electronics: Two years from date of purchase.
Service warranty: (90) days from repair date

What is not covered under warranty?

Products purchased used or from private parties. Products with missing or tampered serial numbers. Products with damage caused by moisture, negligence, abuse, unauthorized/attempted repairs or modifications by a third party. Transit damage due to insufficient packaging will not be covered.
